Begin feeling stronger and more limber by treating yourself to Yoga classes at the WCA. Led by our wonderful instructor, Vic Mehta, all levels of students are welcome. Everyone may practice to the level of their own ability and beginners are always welcome.  

Yoga brings the body and mind together and is built on three main elements – movement, breathing, and meditation. Yoga has many physical and mental health benefits including improved posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.

WCA Members: 8 weeks for $55
Non-Members: 8 weeks for $65

We recommend bringing your yoga mat, a water bottle, and blocks or straps if you have them. In order to keep everyone healthy and safe, please do not attend class if you are unwell.

New registrants are required to complete our WCA Yoga Registration and Liability Release form. Payment may be made in cash at the office or sent via e-transfer to
