Join us for WTF at the WCA! Start at any fitness level.
Join us Monday and Thursday evenings at 7:35pm for a fun class designed for all fitness levels! Whether you’re new to fitness or a regular at the gym, you can be guaranteed to get in a great workout while improving your posture and flexibility, increasing your endurance, and building lean muscle.
The WTF program and exercises are designed to meet you where you’re at on your personal fitness journey. If you’re just getting started, you’ll learn proper lifting techniques, how to breathe through movements, and determine how hard you can push yourself. For our more advanced members, this is an opportunity to challenge yourself with guidance. Each class follows a full body workout routine along with strength and cardio training.
- Following a gentle warm up, you’ll perform a variety of strength building and cardio movements grouped together in timed mini-circuits.
- Each mini-circuit is designed to target different muscle groups, with the goal of providing a total body workout every class.
- All exercises can be modified to match your fitness level
- by either doing them only your body weight or adding additional weights
- by slowing your movements down
- or taking extra rest periods as needed.
- Afterwards, we’ll be sure to slow things down with a thorough stretch to help ease any soreness or strain and get you feeling great for next class!
Let’s hang out at the hall and get in shape while we do it! Join us for a great workout and a fun time with friends.
$40/single, $60/double, or $80/household for 8 weeks worth of sessions
Must have an active WCA membership ($10/year). Must also have indoor fitness shoes and sign a waiver.

About The Trainer
Rikki Opazo
Certified Personal Trainer
Exercise and nutrition has been a life long passion for me. I began my fitness journey at the age of 12 when I would accompany my mom to the gym. I soon realized that lifting weights had a positive impact on my body and mood, and over the years, that passion turned into a desire to help others optimize their own health from the inside out.
I have worked as a trainer and sports nutritionist for over 13 years, helping others reshape their bodies and establish new lifestyle practices that support their desire to feel strong, confident and in better physical and emotional balance. Over the course of my career, I've learned that there is more to health than just eating well and exercising often. It's about finding balance between healthy sleep, stress reduction, a positive relationship with food, better hormonal balance and time well spent with family and self.
As a busy mom to 3 amazing kiddos, I realize that fitness can be hard to make time for! This is why I love working with others in a group setting, helping them to get more done in a shorter amount of time, showing them how to have fun and be efficient. Exercise doesn't always have to be rigid and difficult; I believe it should elevate the mood and relieve stress.
In this fitness class, it doesn't matter what fitness level you're at. All exercises can be modified to meet you where you're at on your personal fitness journey. If you're new to fitness, you'll be able to learn proper lifting techniques, how to engage your core muscles, how to breathe through each movement and determine how hard you can push yourself and when you need to scale back. For those who are more advanced, this will be an opportunity to challenge yourself. Each class will follow a pattern that works your entire body, adding weights and cardio to timed intervals. You can expect to get an awesome workout, but more importantly, to have fun!
