The Calgary Airport Authority announced last month that overall noise complaints have decreased significantly due to the new flights paths that were implemented for the new runway. The airport was flooded with noise complaints from Ward 10 residents after opening the new runway in 2014 and adjusted the new runway flight paths to help with this. Of further interest, while they did receive 6458 complaints in 2016, almost half of those complaints were made by the same two people (2801 complaints between both of them).

The Calgary Airport Authority publishes annual noise reports that outline the noise management procedures undertaken by the airport. The 2017 report has just been made available and can be downloaded here.
