The City of Calgary is proposing updates to several of our transportation-related bylaws to make roadways more inclusive for all Calgarians. The recommended changes will allow for broader use of non-motorized personal mobility devices in the downtown core and improve safety on shared networks. As part of the city’s commitment to keeping citizens informed, they are providing Calgarians with the opportunity to provide their feedback on the proposed changes online, using the www.calgary.ca/engage portal.

The online engagement period began on Friday, November 23 and will conclude on Sunday, December 9, 2018. Please click here to give your feedback.

A comprehensive What We Heard Report will be made available online in January 2019, followed by a presentation to Standing Policy Committee on Transportation and Transit and a public hearing of Council in early 2019.
